FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will need to fill out the visitor registration form » . Foodtech Packtech is a free event but you must pre-register. You can come along and register at the show but there may be queues and you won’t be eligible for our prize draw.  There will be no fee onsite for people who register at the event.

Please note that badges will not be mailed prior to the show.

Please print off your confirmation/barcode that was emailed to you when you completed your registration and bring it with you to the show. This will be scanned at one of the e-badge stations and you will be provided with your badge for immediate entry.

If you have not supplied us with an email address and have pre-registered you can collect your badge at the show from the pre-registered desk.

Foodtech Packtech is free to attend for any trade professionals from the Food & Beverage Technology and Packaging Technology industries. There will be no fee onsite for people who register at the event. We recommend that you pre-register to attend Foodtech Packtech to save time onsite. Foodtech Packtech is a trade only event. Proof of your trade identity may be required.

Please do not bring clients, family or friends. Genuine trade visitors only will be admitted to the exhibition. Proof of trade identity may be requested in the form of a business card.

Please note that children under the age of 16 will not be admitted to Foodtech Packtech, or during show build up or breakdown. Infants in front packs and back packs are the only exception. This applies to children of exhibitors and buyers. In no case may they be admitted as a visitor or exhibitor. Pushchairs or prams will not be permitted.

Visitor Parking at the showgrounds is $6. Limited free parking is available in Puriri Drive, with access through the side gate to the ASB Showgrounds.  Overflow parking is available for $6 at Alexandra Park and the Trotts Carparks off Greenlane Rd.

XPO have organised some specials on accommodation for Foodtech Packtech exhibitors and visitors with three hotels:
