FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will need to fill out the visitor registration form available here closer to the show. Once completed your badge will be mailed to you no later than 2 weeks prior to the show. You can also just come along and register at the show but there may be queues, so pre-register if you can.

All visitors who pre-register before the close off date will receive badges in the mail no later than 2 weeks before the show. If for some reason you do not receive your entry badge in time, or if you are traveling to the show from out of Auckland and you depart before your badge arrives, do not despair, as we will have you on our database and can reprint you a new entry badge on the spot at the show.

There is no entry fee for trade visitors to Foodtech Packtech.

Please do not bring clients, family or friends. Genuine trade visitors only will be admitted to the exhibition. Proof of trade identity may be requested in the form of a business card.

Please note that children under the age of 16 will not be admitted to Foodtech Packtech, or during show build up or breakdown. Infants in front packs and back packs are the only exception. This applies to children of exhibitors and buyers. In no case may they be admitted as a visitor or exhibitor. Pushchairs or prams will not be permitted.

A range of informative seminar will run alongside the Foodtech Packtech show. Information will be available on this site closer to the show.
