Ben McCulluch
After graduating from Monash University with a degree in Marketing, Management & Commerce, he started his journey in plastics recycling working for Replas, a Melbourne based manufacturer of recycled plastic furniture & infrastructure products.

In 2016 he made the move to Martogg, where Ben’s role is Product Manager – marPET, managing all commercial aspects of the business’ recycled PET brand. Ben also jointly heads up the marketing division of the business, a fairly new but integral part of Martogg talking about the many aspects of plastics recycling in Australia. 

Deanne Holdsworth
Deanne Holdsworth is a professional with a 22-year tenure at Pact Group. With a diverse background encompassing Finance, Operations, Sales, and Executive Management, she has been part of the Pact Group team who have played a pivotal role in advancing New Zealand's circular economy initiatives.

Deanne is deeply enthusiastic about assisting customers in achieving their recycling objectives, drawing upon the rich information and technical expertise available within her division, Pact Packaging New Zealand. Her commitment lies in promoting the circular economy while balancing cost implications for consumers and fostering innovation, all the while safeguarding the integrity of your valuable products. Sustainability is at the forefront of her mission, aligning seamlessly with Pact's dedication to a more environmentally responsible future.

Scott Porter
Scott Porter, National Sales Manager overseeing a portfolio of $98 million dollars.

Scott has been in the packaging environment since leaving college. He worked his way through a printing apprenticeship and was awarded the apprentice of the year.

Since then, Scott has worked his way through the industry having held critical roles in all stages of the business. With over 10 years’ experience as a production manager, several years as a Technical Manager, Quality Manager and then made the move into the commercial environment as a key Account Manager there is few parts of packaging that he does not have an intimate knowledge of.

Scott is a keen advocate of the right pack for the right job to ensure we are doing the best for Our People, Our Planet, and our Profitability.
